The Space:

Inside you will find warm wood floors, soaring ceilings, a spacious open concept living room and a large kitchen perfect for family meals and entertaining!



Downstairs, the cozy basement features a TV, sitting area, and bar-The perfect spot for movie nights, games, or just unwinding!



Step outside onto the oversize wraparound covered deck to enjoy your morning coffee, watch wildlife, or relax under the stars in the fresh mountain air. The fenced backyard provides a great space for kids and pets (limit 2 dogs please) to play while you soak up the peaceful surroundings.

Guest Access:

The entire home, driveway and deck will be for your use during your stay. You will also receive code information to our pool, located in the Plumas Pines Neighborhood approximately 20 minutes away.



The Neighborhood:

Only 5 minutes to Grizzly Ranch Golf Course or the town of Portola!

15 Minutes to Lake Davis, Great Fishing!

15 Minutesto Nakoma Golf Resort

20 minutes to the town of Graeagle!



Getting Around:

There is no public transit in Plumas County. This home is locate approximately a 5 minute drive from Portola. There you will find a grocery store, dining options, and gas.



Other Things to Note:

You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.3 night minimum during holidays. 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year.

Weather conditions and acts of nature that may disrupt or effect your stay such as, but not limited to, rain/snow storms, smoky skies due to forest fires, excessive heat waves, low water or lake/stream levels as a result of drought and/or lack of winter snow fall is of no fault of Agent or Property owner which is out of our control. There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature, weather or weather-related situations, mechanical or electrical failure, ski or golf conditions, power failures or family feuds.

Please understand that visiting natural forest mountain environments in the Eastern Sierras of California are beautiful...but can be unpredictable.



Interaction with Guests:
