What a pity you hadn't informed us of those little inconvenients neither during your stay nor at the check out, we would have fixed them straight away, Guests have our cell. number and can contact us for anything they may need or it may occur; we are always at disposition. Google map enables guests to perfectly locate and see the property chosen that is why it wasn't mentioned in the description. Most of the properties in Portovenere are between the descending street and the upgoing one, so if you didn't want to be close to the street you should have stayed in the village, though, with other disadvantages; no parking, crowd, noise. Portovenere is not the ideal place for dogs neither; but it is a unique place, in a unique position and very popular too. We feel sorry for what you have written but we will take in great consideration your criticism in order to keep improving for guests' sake and also for our pleasure. We do hope, however, that the extraordinary beauty of the place has at least ravished your attention, once in a while.

The private parking is really the added value of this property in addition to the spectacular View.

Unfortunately I had to inform the guest that due to technical problems the Wify wouldn't have been available by his arrival as being the Easter week nobody could come to fix it! Everything should be fine for coming guests after all these holiday weeks in Italy......
