The Ferryman apartments are in a fantastic central location with plenty right on the doorstep. Delicious places for breakfast, lunch an dinner and plenty of bars and pubs around to keep you entertained, as well as the Kings Theatre to catch a show, or the famous Wedgewood rooms if you want to catch a band or some comedy.

You can walk to the seafront in a little of 10 mins and you are just over a mile away from Gunwharf Quays and the historic dockyard.

Guests have access to their own studio apartment with kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.

An Art Deco inspired space giving a feeling of cozy luxury. Open the Juliet Balcony and take in the activity on the street below, while you sip on your morning coffee.

Portsmouth and Southsea are nice and flat and most things are in fairly close proximity, so it's a great place to walk around or cycle. There are plenty of ways to get around if you are not driving. You will find bikes and scooters to rent, and plenty of buses and taxis. You're within walking distance of Fratton train station too.

If you are driving, please be aware that traffic can get a little congested coming in and out of Portsmouth at peak times. You can park on the street and should be able to find a space close by, but please be aware it can get busy at times. Parking permits are required between 16.30-18.30 every day and are available to purchase from us after booking from our digital guidebook.

This is one of 10 studios in the building. It is self check in, with no front desk, however, if you need assistance on arrival, please let us know in advance and we would be happy to help you.

Please note, there is no lift in the building. This particular studio is on the first floor, so you will be required to climb stairs.

If you are booking for 28 days or more, there will be a higher cleaning fee.

For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essential consumables, including toiletries, toilet rolls, and kitchen basics, to help you settle in comfortably. If you require additional supplies during your stay, we kindly ask that you purchase these as needed.
