âNice little hotel. Great breakfast. Although the room they had me in on the ground floor was right next to the check in office and/or break room. I could hear all conversations taking place on the ground floor (sometimes at 5 in the morning).
Service was good when they were there but often not around. Through the front desk, I ordered a taxi to the pier. The taxi never showed and the front desk was just missing when I sought help so a maid helped me order another one. I expected better service...

âWe had a wonderful time! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner during our stay. The cocktails were delicious and perfectly made. The staff provided excellent recommendations for things to do on Isabela Island, which really enhanced our experience. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The location right by the ocean was perfect, and everything was clean and well maintained.

What you will find staff willing to go above and beyond like Jonathan, who made our stay lovely. Love that you could just walk to the beach right behind the property. Many lacked the social aspect, but here the owners have a lovely beach bar across the road where they hosted events (game nights, trivia, etc) which was great to meet other travellers.
