Villa Servidei is born as a refined representation mansion for a wealthy Neapolitan family of merchants in 1741 to overlook the harbor of Positano, from where they would be able to see their ships sailing in from the sea. They enlisted the services of the most famous artists of the time to fresco the ceilings and fill each room with precious furniture and artworks.
It has always been secretly guarded and far from the stream of tourists that since the Post-War period have crowded the town’s narrow streets. Since 2013 Villa Servidei has opened its doors to few lucky ones that will participate to this ‘royal’ miracle. Today guests sleep in sumptuous suites decorated with exquisite antiques and period paintings but supported by the latest contemporary technology and comfort. The Villa is available today for long stay rentals and events. The impeccable services and warm hospitality offered, combined with unique interior decor, provide a truly magical experience. Being located within walking distance to Positano, car is not necessary.

The villa is only 10 minutes walking distance from Positano centre but it is located uphill, pproximately 150 steps from the street level and may not be suitable for guests with reduced
mobility. Taking the pedestrian narrow street that leads to the most ancient area of town, San Giacomo neighborhood, after few meters you will meet the eighteenth-century impressive villa, in its red coral façade obtained by grinding shells and corals with lime. The stone portal will lead you to the central level which has two big halls, a monumental kitchen and a typical Neapolitan ‘portico’ grapevine covered with original majolica and a breathtaking beach view.

From the middle level the great staircase will lead you to the upper four suites with 100 meters of related terraces, plus the four suites below with terraces for a total of 300 meters defined majolica open spaces. In the middle floor you will also find a door that goes to the 1000 meters garden lawn with citrus, almond and figs trees, in a triumph of perfume that expands around the outside swimming pool overlooking the town bay. The villa is composed by 8 double rooms, accommodating up to 16 people, all the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, safe, minibar, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. In 4 of those 8 rooms, more precisely those on the 1 floor (Ravello, Capri, Positano and Praiano rooms).

For bigger groups the villa has two attic family suites, each suite can accommodate from 2 to 4 people and is composed by 2 independent ensuite bathrooms. Those rooms come at an extra cost and can only be rented by the same group that booked the villa. If those rooms are not needed will remain closed, they will not be rented to external guests.

The villa has 3 magnificent terraces, one on each floor, all facing the sea, it also has an infinity pool, where guests can relax and enjoy the sun! Villa Servidei is located on a hill, approximately 150 steps up from the street level, it’s only 10minutes walking distance from the city centre.

On the Ground Floor there is the entrance, the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, 4 toilets and the main terrace where usually all the meals take place. The terrace is covered by a shade that protects from the rain and from the sun, it can be easily retracted if not needed. On the terrace there are also 3 heaters to warm up the area during the coolest seasons.
From this floor you will be able to reach the pool are and the garden.

On the First Floor there are 4 rooms: Ravello, Capri, Positano and Praiano. They all are approximately 20 sq meters each. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower. In all the rooms you will find:

- hair dryer;
- safe;
- minibar;
- air conditioning;
- heating;
- armchair;
- sofa;
- external furniture on the terrace.
In three of this rooms (Capri, Positano and Praiano) there is an extra bed, the cost is € 120 per bed per night.

On the Floor -1 there are 4 rooms: Amalfi, Sorrento, Napoli and Pompei. They all are approximately 15 sq meters each. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower. In all the rooms you will find :

- hair dryer;
- safe;
- minibar;
- air conditioning;
- heating;
- armchair;
- external furniture on the terrace

On the Second Floor there are 2 family suite rooms: Liparlati composed by Liparlati 1 and Liparlati 2, and Sponda composed by Sponda 1 and Sponda 2. They both are approximately 40 sq meters. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower. In all the rooms you will find:
- courtesy kit with shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioning, hand soap and body cream ;
- hair dryer;
- safe;
- minibar;
- air conditioning;
- heating;
- armchair.

Services included:
- Utilities (electricity, water, heating, gas, air conditioning, final cleaning);
- Wi-Fi in the whole building;
- Music sound system;
- Minibar in all the rooms beverages charged on consumption;
- Safety box in all the rooms;
- Courtesy kit (bath soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap bar, body cream);
- Daily change of linen and bath towels;
- Morning daily cleaning;
- Pool cleaning & pool towels;
- Gardening;
- Staff 8 hours per day (cook & waiter service for the breakfast and on other meal on choice
between lunch and dinner; maid from 7h30 am till 4h30 pm) extra hours € 40 per person per
hour. The staff has a day off on rotation per week;
- Laundry service: underwear included, extra laundry €50 per load (10 pieces); € 20 per piece for ironing
only;
- Continental breakfast;
- Welcome dinner (for stay of minimum 1 week);
- Cooking class (for stay of minimum 1 week);
- Porter service: (included 1 luggage only per person) on the day of the arrival is included from
4:00 pm till 6:00 pm. Before and after the indicated time or on Sunday or for any extra
luggage the cost will be on guest’s charge. Porter service (included 1 luggage only per
person) on the day of the departure from 8:00 am till 10:00 am;
Services not included:
- Food & beverage: a CASH deposit of € 3.000 will be asked at the arrival and it will be used
during the stay for the daily grocery. At the end of the stay the remaining will be returned, or
more will be asked if not enough;
- City Tax: € 2,50 per person per day to pay locally cash, children under 10 years old are
excluded;
- Security Deposit of € 10.000 is held by the agency prior client’s arrival to the villa and
it will be released one day after the departure if no damages are found;
- Parking: the villa does not have a private parking, we collaborate with an external provider,
the cost is € 50 per day for a regular car and € 80 per day for a van or a bigger car. They
provide valet service.

The following might be to be paid extra: Airport Pickup, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.
