Your main bedroom features a king size bed, TV with Roku online streaming (sign in to your preferred streaming services), nightstands with storage, reading lamps, and USB chargers, and a ceiling fan. This room also features desk/dresser work area with an HP color laser printer supporting those needing to remain connected during vacation or using our home for business travel. The private bathroom features double sinks, large shower, and a large walk-in closet with clothes hangers, luggage rack, and clothes hamper. The bathroom includes a hair dryer, toiletries and various essentials.

Your second bedroom features a queen size bed, TV with Roku online streaming (sign in to your preferred streaming services), nightstands with storage and USB chargers, and reading lamps, and a ceiling fan. The closet is complete with clothes hangers, luggage rack, and clothes hamper. This room also includes room darkening shades.

Your third bedroom features two twin sized beds, nightstand with storage and USB charger, and ceiling fan. The closet also contains a dresser, clothes hangers, luggage rack, and clothes hamper.

Your living room space features a full size couch, loveseat, end tables, lamps, coffee table with a lift top creating a couch based work area for your laptop, 52” Smart TV with Roku online streaming (sign in to your preferred streaming services), ceiling fan, entertainment center with electric fireplace for extra warmth in the winter, books, board games, and puzzles. The end table also features USB port for charging personal electronics.

You will enjoy a large kitchen fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, plates, glassware, and serving dishes, a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, microwave, air fryer, and blender. Additionally, there is a full array of BBQ tools and cutlery are also provided in the drawers of the island prep/serving space.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a nook dining table and chairs with seating for eight. The kitchen pantry contains miscellaneous seasonings, first aid kit, and paper goods.

Your common bathroom includes a shower/tub, toiletries, blow dryer, and essentials.

The centrally located laundry includes full-size washer and dryer, detergent, iron, ironing board, Dyson cordless vacuum, and extra towels.

The hall closet contains an oscillating fan, extra towels and linens, and miscellaneous supplies home supplies

As our guests you have access to the garage which comfortably accommodates parking for 2 cars, contains a toolkit, extra outdoor chairs, and easy-up.

Through the French doors off the kitchen you will find partially covered patio, expansive deck, surrounded by beautiful wrought iron fencing, and access to a private fenced back yard with a view of the pond and golf course, spectacular sun sets, and local mountains. The BBQ Grill, outdoor table with seating for 6 as well as additional seating, and gas-lit fire table welcome outdoor dining and socializing. There are external motion-sensor lights on site for security.
