One of the best offerings is a shuttle can take you to MGM, Outlets and National Harbor, from 7 AM to 1030 PM (I was told not 1045). But these areas are very close, about 1-2 miles. Parking is free, right next to highway.”
“The Heron is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Heron King, and were very impressed. The bathroom, with real marble tile, a beautiful shower, and the provided soaps and lotions were amazing. We loved the Heron theme, down to the clothes closet with heron print, heron robe to use and even heron drink coasters. Rooftop bar is a MUST, we had cocktails there with a great view of the city. Ate breakfast in the Kiln, was awesome, with good sized portion, lots of bacon and really good sour dough...

“Very close to the Gaylord convention center and the Waterfront area with many restaurants. Parking is a bit pricey at $24/night. No fridge in the room. Breakfast was good.”

“When we was checking in the front desk staff was great, very friendly. I did fall for the up sale to a suite from a standard room and I can say I'm happy I did. The suite was awesome, very spacious, two large screen tv's with an extra large balcony overlooking the atrium. There are multiple bars, restaurants and stuff to do within the facility.
