Remodeled Lake Texoma Beach Themed House Walking Distance to Neighborhood Beach

Unwind at this stunning beach/nautical themed 3 bedroom house. House is less than a few minute walk to the neighborhood beach. Bring your ATV's and ride the forest trail.

House comes fully equipped with everything you would need including Washer and Dryer and 65 inch tv with every subscription service you would want. Sit at the fire place in the spacious back yard or use the Solo Stove on the front porch on the paver patio. 5 beds included with the house including two queens and a bunk bed with a pull out twin bed underneath. You can sleep up to 8 in the house including the coach.

House also has a great covered patio for hanging out and watching tv. Cook out in the back yard with the propane grill or just relax on the back patio with plenty of furniture.

Perfect house for families with an Air Hockey table and an full real arcade game! We also have plenty of toys and games for the little ones. Master Bedroom has a propane fire place and its own attached bathroom.

Launch your boat at Little Mineral Marina which is less than 4 minutes away.

This was a much needed and perfect family getaway! No problem with accessing the lake house, we did have a few questions upon arriving and the host was incredibly responsive to our questions. Jordan was very pleasant to work with. We loved the huge kitchen and family area, perfect for family time/games. Kiddos loved playing on the air hockey table . Patios were nice for relaxing outdoors. The lake was close by and we spent hours fishing on the water. Would not hesitate booking again when visiting Lake Texhima on the southside.

Out of the way stay

There were many issues we had to navigate through on our stay and ended up leaving a day early. From earlier reviews, it always had a positive rating. I guess everything hit all at once for us. If you are looking for an out of the way stay where you feel like you are in the middle of no where, this is your place. The lake is about a quarter of a mile walk or drive away. The nearest store is about 5 miles away. Considering the prices we have paid in the past to stay in Broken Bow, I felt a little cheated for the same type of pricing. The owner was very responsive with the issues we had and refunded the last day and discounted our four day stay as well. While I appreciate the gesture, As I mentioned, maybe everything just hit at once and we just had bad luck, IDK. It was a point of contention for me, at a time I was suppose to be relaxing and enjoying my time with my family.

short fishing trip

this unit was good for what we needed (small one day fishing trip). everything was as stated in site. the owner of the place was excellent and very easy to get ahold to. we had no issue with anything. would stay again.

Cool Place, not perfect, but nice!

We liked the location and the community. It was very quiet, and we enjoyed the surrounding area. We did have a couple of issues, there was dirt in the bunk beds, so we had to wash the sheets before we could use them. We also had drains in the bathtubs that would not drain properly. Also, the water pressure was very high, so my niece complained about it hurting her skin while showering. We really like the place, but for the price, we didn't expect to have issues with anything!

Couple day getaway just right

Able to decompress for a few days. Big plus is ac was cold enough to hang meat in house. Really nice after a hot day on the lake. Negative was grill was a bit dinky but i do have to cook enough for three teenage boys. Huge tv kept everyone entertained

It was satisfactory

The home was quaint, quiet, and comfortable. The fenced yards for the dogs was a nice surprise. The AC was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The interior was very clean, but the outdoor area needed a good blow out. The appliances worked pretty well, but needs updating. The master shower is in need of a new plan. And the beach within walking distance was closed off. All in all , it was a nice getaway.

Weekend getaway

Great house for a quick weekend lake trip for me, the hubs and our 2 dogs. Love the big fenced yard and lots of room to spread out and relax and play games. Would definitely stay again and recommend especially if we had a few more people or kids with us.

First visit

First time using VRBO. This home was perfect for us. And it had everything we needed. All kitchen supplies and then some. Home was very clean. Included streaming services. AC worked great in this heat. Both front and back yard very nice. Excellent experience and highly recommend

Very nice place to stay and the host was very accessible and accommodating

We had a great time. Short walk to the beach. The kids had a great time with the game. The only thing is the mattress could use an upgrade. Over all would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely Amazing

This property had it all. We were a family of 7 with dogs. It was wonderful. Had everything you possibly needed, washer and dryer, ac was great, streaming devices for you to log in to watch movies, arcade game was a huge hit, and air hockey was amazing. The fenced in front yard and back yard was a lifesaver with dogs. Yard games to play at then end of the day while adults cooked dinner. Toys for the small kiddos to play with inside as well. Short walk or drive to the beach which was great. Tons of outdoor seating for us. If you’re picky about pillows I’d bring your own. Other than that this is a must stay property.

Great getaway!

The location was good and the property was very open and accessible. The AC works AMAZING...even getting a bit cold some mornings! There were a few snafus but the communication from Jordan was spectacular! Big kitchen, two bathrooms, large living room with large screen TV, good outdoor seating areas, big table for hours of card games! The beach access was blocked due to construction but the beach areas aren't that far away at all. We rented a pontoon boat and tube from Lighthouse Marina and spent the day on the lake, exploring the "islands" in part of Texoma. Overall happy with stay. *One warning though, the master shower shoots straight out at you when you turn it on. Make sure you have the curtain closed and reach in to turn it on or you will take a shower with your clothes on!

Catfish Fun

The pictures of this property look a lot nicer than the place really is. The master shower is unacceptable, the most frustrating shower ive ever used. That said, for the price we paid, I have to give it 5 stars. Especially given how responsive the owner was. Kitchen needs bigger pans, ventilation, and screens on windows. Pros: -Huge TV -Comfy couches. -Arcade and Air Hockey -Outdoor seating is plentiful. -Propane grill self ignites, and propane included.

Perfect getaway for family of 4 and 2 doggies

My family was looking for a short trip for Spring Break to get away from the city and chill. This home was perfect for that. We grilled, watched movies on the big TV, had a long UNO gaming session, played air hockey and Mortal Kombat. The house was perfect! Big yard in the front and back for the doggies! Very close to the lake! Would stay here again. Communication was quick too!

Great family friendly home

We enjoyed the openness and functional features of the home. The interior and exterior are planned for family fun. There are places inside and outside for gathering with friends and family. The kitchen is well stocked. The “icing on the cake” is the short distance to the very walkable and beautiful beach by the lake.

Lake getaway

If you are looking for seclusion in the woods, this is it. This property was perfect for a quick weekend lake trip to visit Texoma. House is close to the water - within walking distance to a beach, has a huge front yard and back yard with a fire pit. Host provided all the kitchen basics and had streaming TV options. Hiking trails in the area are available via a short car trip or the city of Denison is not far as well for other activities.

Hunting Trip

We booked a duck hunt and wanted a place local where we could sleep 3 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room, and a great patio to enjoy a fire during a cold night. The kids enjoyed the arcade game and air hockey. It was a fun getaway that provided a home feel.
