“Everything was excellent, only issue was there was a private function on and we were informed the bar would be closed to us after 9pm on the second night! First time ever this has happened and we have stayed in multiple hotels! Guests in the hotel shouldn’t be refused access to the bar at all. ”

“You need a shop to sell the toiletries available for guests as well as local beers and ciders and cakes and biscuits. And perhaps links to local artists; prints make good souvenirs. ”
“Very good stay. Very nice well appointed room. Couple of small points. For breakfast the cooked food was excellent but thought there could be a bit more in the buffet e.g. fruit/pastries. Also our room was right above the out of hours entrance so there can be some noise from people returning late plus deliveries take place right outside the room so we had the pleasure of a noisy beer delivery around 7am. We ate in the restaurant one night and food and service were very good.”

“Friendly staff, proper country pub vibes but lovely and quiet room that was clean and comfy. Parking was a little confusing as the car park is very small, but road parking is available all around. Shower was a bit low on pressure but a personal preference. Would strongly recommend to anyone visiting the area or heading further south/west as a stop over!”

“We, a family of five, spent three nights at this amazing hotel in the vicinity of Bath. We have no complaints whatsoever. The eight acre garden was beautiful and so was the building. The room was spatious and clean, the staff were friendly and breakfast was perfect. The kids loved the pool and my wife loved the cats strolling along in the garden. I would recommend this hotel to anyone searching for relaxation and some time off.”
“Old charming manor that is one of the best in Cotswolds. "Great hotel, but you also get what you pay for. We were pleasantly surprised, and enjoyed our stay.
The room could be a bit cleaner. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t clean either."
"Jag valde Apex på grund av dess läge.
Hotellet är modernt, rent och fint med spa och egen restaurang.
Vi hade tänkt äta på restaurangen men vi skippade det då det då det aldrig kom någon som anvisade oss till ett bord. Vi frågade i receptionen om restaurangen inte var öppen och fick till svar att ”den skulle vara öppen”.
Spaavdelningen har både torrbastu och ångbastu, pool och lite olika varianter på duschar. Helt ok med tanke på att det inte kostade extra.
Frukosten tog väldigt lång tid att få trots att lokalen inte ens var halvfull.
