The area presents a haven for wildlife so why not take a stroll down the River Wyre to appreciate the nature. Located close to Trough of Bowland for excellent cycling routes, within easy reach of several golf courses and fishing lakes. The property is located walking distance to a pub and a shop.

As you step into this wonderful property you are greeted with the spacious lounge/kitchen-dining area that offers comfortable sofas whilst you curl up and watch the Smart TV or you could be cooking up a storm in the fully kitted kitchen which includes electric oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Also off this large area offers the first of two king size bedrooms with space to store your belongings. Next to the bedroom is the wet room with shower and WC. Also on the ground floor is a good sized utility room with a washing machine. Making your way upstairs from the lounge area you will be greeted by a second lounge area, perfect for the kids to watch TV or for you to read a book. There is another king-size bedroom with wardrobes and a further room with twin beds(which can be made into a super-king upon request). There is a good sized family bathroom here with a shower over bath, separate shower and a WC. Head on outside to the enclosed garden area with private hot tub, BBQ for those summer days, patio with seating and a grassed area.
