“The hotel room itself was spacious, quiet and well appointed. The staff, unfortunately, were a complete disappointment. The young women at the front desk were extremely unprofessional, unpolished and unfriendly. Also, the maid service was inconsistent. On 2 of the 4 days of our stay, the room was not cleaned or beds made and we had to request clean towels when we returned to our room at the end of the day. “Utmärkt personal, trevliga och hjälpsamma. BWPlus ligger långt från Kansas City centrum, men staden har gratis bussar och spårvagnar. Med buss 47 tar det ca 60min in till centrum. Bra frukost men svagt kaffe som alltid i USA”
