“The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. We were on the top floor so that could be the reason. We stay here every time we are in Branson and that has never been an issue before. Great experience every time. Its on the main street and easy to get in and out. Multiple doors to get in and out of the Lodge. The free breakfast is a full feast. Big indoor pool, outside gazebo, plenty of meeting places to visit with other guests.”

“The hot breakfast was a good variety and had something for everyone. The staff was helpful if you had a need. The shower in my room was designed for handicap persons. My only complaint was mold. It was molded all the way around the edges of the walk in shower.”

“The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability.”

“Room was nice and clean as well a good size the staff was very friendly and helpful check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was good a lot of options and the dessert was amazing had the apple cobbler with ice cream. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again. Wish we could have met sue. “Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe..”

“Check in was easy and the lady was very nice. She let me change rooms when I told her I could not do steps. Room was clean, very simply decorated and very affordable. Will diffently be back.”

“Our room was filled with massive condensation. Our clothes were damp. The bathroom floor was so wet, it was dangerous. By the 2nd night, the comforter was totally damp. The papers on the dresser were ruined. We ended up calling it the Weird room and should have asked for our money back. Luckily, we were so in live, we let it go. Will not stay here again though”

“Check-in was quick and easy, and the property is well maintained with a very nice exterior. While the interior is a bit dated, everything was clean and well cared for.
