"Unfortunately I forgot 200 eur cash in my hotel room. Even though i called them the day after and provided hard evidence on where i put it, and that its impossible to not have been found, they denied it completely and never offered much of help. I understand and pointed out to them that I fully understand this happens a lot in the hotel world, and probably that some guests lie about similar too, but when I explain to them how and why, and its 100% guaranteed i know where i put it, they still deny. Very sad because other than this they were very pleasant, good hotel and good staff. I simply believe one of the colleagues simply lied about finding it and the rest of the staff believed this person. I also understand its word against word, but what else than telling this can I possibly do? Its a fact. But its a part of life!"
