Helt okey hotell
Hotellet ligger en bit ifrån centrum men med både buss och tunnelbana är du inne i stan på 20 min. Inget större fel på hotellet men bara väldigt tråkigt och stelt, frukosten helt okey. Personalen i receptionen var väldigt hjälpsamma.

Great hotel in Prague
One of the best hotels I've ever visited. It is a fairly small hotel with relatively few rooms and a bit off the city centre but the surrounding area is beautiful and getting into the city is not a problem. The hotel has a great restaurant (burger joint) and while on the subject of restaurants, I can recommend the tavern at the foot of the hill.

Superbra sängar! Fräscht hotell.
Övernattade 1 natt pga nära till flygplats. Mycket bra sängar!!! Fräsch och rent. Synd det ligger långt fr centrum annars ett perfekt hotell att bo på om man ska besöka Prag!

Lieber Z, Vielen Dank für Ihre Zeit, um solch eine detaillierte Überprüfung zu verlassen. Es tut mir leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach. Die Standard Check-In Zeit ist um 16 Uhr (wie steht in unserem Profil), da die Check-Out Zeit auf Mittag eingestellt ist. Wenn es möglich ist, Gäste früher im Zimmer zu lassen, tun wir dies, aber leider es ist nicht immer möglich. Es tut mir auch leid, dass Sie den Koffer zur Treppe tragen mussten, nächstes mal bitte fragen Sie das Personal an der Rezeption – die würden Ihnen sofort helfen. Auf der anderen Seite freut es mich sehr, dass Ihnen unser Restaurant Burger Bar gefallen hat - ich habe meinen Kollegen in der Küche Ihr Kompliment gegeben. Wir hoffen in jedem Fall, Sie wieder im Dolce Villa Hotel begrüßen zu dürfen.

Bra hotell utanför Prag
Bra hotell och service, rent och fräscht rum. Väldigt god frukostbuffe och tjejen som jobbade där var mycket proffesionell och trevlig. Restaurangen på bottenvåningen hade god mat och bra service.

Worked well for us (family of five) - we needed an affortable alternative close to the airport. They also had a modern hamburger restaurant with bowling!

Supernöjd två vuxna och en sexåring. Rent och rymligt. Bra utbud av viner i minibaren. kul med en bowlingbana. Väldigt fint rum för pengarna :)

Allt var toppen förutom röklukt i korridorerna. Rummet var rökfritt.

Bra rum, nytt o fräscht, god mat, fantastiska rekreationsområden i Sarka vallen. Men restaurangen stänger för tidigt för mig som affärsresande. Den stänger kl 22.30. Och tv kanalerna kunde vara bättre!

Mkt bra och trevligt hotell i utkanten av Prag. Lätt att ta sig till centrum med lokala transporter. Trevlig personal och god mat för en billig peng. Mysig pub och kul bowling i källaren. Säkert att parkera fordon. Ett utmärkt hotell att spendera sin tid på vid en vistelse i Prag. Kan varmt rekommenderas. /Jerry

Great staff, close to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and we didn't even have a chance to check out the spa. Would we stay again? Already planning to stay there again but for a longer visit next time. Can't wait!

Racist Attack and Hotel did nothing
0 if possible. I am dark skinned person from Asia. As I was checking in, one of the guests in the hotel started hurling racial slurs at me. At one point of time he threatened me with physical assault. All the time the receptionist didn’t say a single word. There was no security guard or any other person in the hotel to protect me. As I was traveling with my wife and two little kids, I felt terribly unsafe and I got out of the hotel immediately. I booked the room for 3 nights and the whole amount is down the drains. If you are a person of color, just avoid. Your life is at risk here.

Dear Mr. Kabir, I am truly sorry you had a bad experience with some other guest. What worries me though is that you got the impression we were involved somehow. All we know is there was some quarrel in the parking lot with some other guest apparently about your car. Dolce Villa is situated in expat neighbourhood, so international clientele is our daily business - in rooms, restaurant or for private events such as weddings or corporate meetings, so our staff is very far from any racial assaults. The receptionist has been working for us for past 15 years and I have never seen him picking sites. Again, I am very sorry about the situation and this huge misunderstanding that occurred.

We stayed here with two adults and 2 teenage boys in the room for 4. This hotel is extremely clean and uncluttered. The burger restaurant was also great. We are in the outdoor garden area which was also very well manicured. The owners and staff obviously gave pride in their business. 15 mins or less to the airport from Uber was super easy even at 4 AM for a 6 AM flight. Only complaint is no elevator to all the upper level rooms. Small issue for us. Beds were also very comfortable and the bathroom was super spacious and spit shine clean. We stayed at the 4 seasons in Prague which was a very expensive hotel. I would have preferred this place over a fancy marble shower that sprays water all over the bathroom because it had no door- stupid.

Unmanned reception most of the times. Almost missed my flight as I was looking for someone in the hotel to check me out. No tea is provided in the room.

Read before booking. No AC. Inconvenient Location
The hotel is definitely not a 4 start hotel, at most 2 star. It does not have elevator to the room and there is no AC in the room. The location is far away from major public transportation. You need a car. I wish I had read other guests comments before I booked it.

I am sorry we were not able to satisfy your needs. There is a bus stop just a few steps from the hotel and you can reach city centre in about 20-30 minutes. Yes, there is no AC is in rooms, but it is mentioned in our profile.

The bar staff were rude when asked a question about the room. However the 2 gentlemen at reception dhring the day were very helpful and tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
