Gracias por su crítica, aunque no sea positiva. No tenemos muchas quejas sobre el tamaño de las habitaciones, pero al fin y al cabo somos un albergue, así que el alojamiento es modesto. Ponemos el máximo énfasis en la limpieza y el mantenimiento de la casa, especialmente ahora después de la pandemia de Covid 19. La recepción está abierta las 24 horas del día, por lo que no es un problema pedir a nuestro personal que lo solucione todo en caso de cualquier queja o problema.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous n'ayez pas été satisfait de notre auberge. Nous nettoyons les chambres, les parties communes et les salles de bain tous les jours, les salles de bain communes 3 fois par jour, la cuisine et la salle commune également.
