The hotel was a disappointment in relation to the expectations. But, let's start with the positive aspects. The hotel is perfectly located in Prague. Most sights are within walking distance and it is easy to find good restaurants close to the hotel. We perceived the hotel as being in a safe area. Our room was very spacious, which was very good.
However, we were disappointed with the wifi. It was free, but it only worked occasionally. According to the hotel (when we talked to them), they did not have any problems with the wifi; our experience was completely different. It is easy to have a free wifi when it is not working. Furthermore, our hotel room was quite worn down. It was in great need of renovation and some decoration. The walls needed care (paint) and wall decoration. There was a hole in the sofa. It was impossible to take a shower standing. You had to sit in a bathtub without any curtain to ensure keeping the water inside the bathtub. As a result, we got water on the floor and without a proper outlet of the water, we needed to use the towels to get rid of the water. Finally, there were no proper blinds. We had some white blinds, but they did not keep the light out of the room in the morning. A clear disappointment and if going back to Prague we will look for another hotel.
