Seekend med vänner
Stor och fräsch lägenhet, centralt med kort gångavstånd till sevärdheter i gamla stan. Perfekt för vårt sällskap på 5 personer och skulle lätt rymmas fler. Smidig in- och utcheckning.

The dishwasher leaked and we have to clean up the water by our selv, men we told the management but the crew cleaninglady never showed up. The airconditioning also leaked water and we have to shut it off wich we also told the management about and they said that it would be fixed but it didnt. But over all it was a nice Apartment plenty of space.

Noisy but nice
Rude receptionist and noisy area due to Hooters. Perfectly clean and nice apartment. Felt as home. Location is perfect, except for the noise.

Boendet är bra och ligger perfekt till, men bäddsoffan var ju inte någon höjdare. Lägenheten är så pass stor så att det lätt skulle gå att bara ställa dit en till säng istället. Vi fick upp en madrass efter vi sagt till så en av oss låg på golvet. Ringde också för att få en städning/dammsugning under vistelsen, men detta blev inte gjort. Mycket oväsen nattetid, ta med öronproppar.

Väldigt centralt , nära till allt man behöver
Dåliga sängar å kuddar,ingen reception,finns bara ett kontor men ofta stängt å begränsat städning

Very helpful staff at check in. A little hard to find at first but so is most places in the heart of old town Prague. Very spacious rooms. And no harrassment about checking out exactly at 10am which was nice. In fact it was the reason I booked two additional nights at the hotel.

Ask about construction noise
The place was great. Spacious. Central. Problem checking is as the code we received didn’t work and we ended up in a totally different apartment. Which was great until the mornings when construction was going every day. Veronika finally did help us to move so we had quiet for 2 of our 6 nights.

The appartment we rented looked a lot nicer in real life than in the pictures. And the receptionist was very cute :D And it's dead smack in the city center!

위치가 최고예요.
공간이 아주 넓고 훌륭합니다. 숙소 위치가 너무 좋아요. 하벨시장 바로 옆이라, 관광 중 잠깐씩 쉬러 들어오기 좋았습니다. 다만, 타월, 비누, 휴지 등이 빨리빨리 공급되지 않고, 집이 커서인지 좀 추웠는데, 해결이 안됐습니다. 그래도 위치가 너무 좋고, 집이 아주 크고 훌륭해서 또 이용할 의사가 있습니다.

The property is in an excellent location in Old Town, right near the square and many tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops. The property was more like an apartment rental than a hotel. Staff only there 10am-3pm, no housekeeping, and you get a code for all doors which sometimes was hard to work. Also, the elevator was broken so we had to bring our luggage up 3 floors.

Best thing about St. Havel is the location, just steps from everything in Old Town. Easy walk to Lesser Town too. Our apartment even had a clothes washer! Really helpful if you have extra guests.

Pros- Excellent loc just steps away from time square Loved the proximity to everything. My kids enjoyed the stay whenever they feel tired after wandering around they came bk rest few mts and went bk again Bonus farmers market down stairs & mini Marts too to get necessary stuff Loved venue cafe - all healthy options literally next to the property And Starbucks and many places to eat and chill Checked in late night coz our flight was delayed and emergency service answered & provided access to property 13-15 mt walk to Charles bridge and new town square sigh seeing tours are next door Cons- Booked this property coz it has elevator as we have huge suitcases for party of 4 and as it’s very close to time square but elevator was broke for our 2 nights stay and was not addressed …we ended up carrying all luggage to 3 rd floor and bk down Refrigerator smelled horrible so v didn’t end up using it coz it’s not at all in good condition Tried communicating with front desk but there was a student that day and she didn’t cared much and didn’t have enough knowledge about surroundings too When asked for grocery store she pointed very far away ones but in fact there are a lot next door that we found on our walks. Emergency service personnel is more responsive than local personnel at Checkin /reception Checkout is seem less & lady at reception is nice that day Overall we liked the location than anything else lots to do outside

What a beautiful location and room! Very clean! Nice and easy check in and coded rooms so no loosing keys! Bed was like sleeping on air! Had everything we needed in the room. Couldn’t have been happier! Would and have recommended this lovely hotel! Was within walking distance of a lot of things we wanted to do.

Super emplacement, et l'appartement est superbe mais la proprete de la cuisine etait très approximative et le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. Neanmoins si je devais revenir, je reviendrai dans la residence

Pre Christmas break with friends
Absolutely central for everything, apartment well equipped with everything you need, beds very comfortable. The accommodation was very warm and we had to turn it down a tad on arrival. The key code was a bit confusing to start with but once shown piece of cake. Very enjoyable stay with 4 other couples in adjoining apartments and all all us would definitely recommend these apartments .

The apartment is really spacious and located in the heart of Prague, you can do a lot of sightseeing on foot and spend wonderful evenings in the city centre. On the other hand, it can be quite noisy at night because of the nightlife downstairs. What I missed was some entertainment for kids (TV offered no channels to watch )

I had trouble finding the property. The sign was way too small. Eventually, I figured out how the addresses worked in Prague and it was at the correct address. The "back" entrance had a better sign. They provided a washing machine, but no drier. I guess you hang the clothes to dry. Otherwise, the place was great!
