Trevligt hotell i en lugn del av Prag
Ett trevligt litet hotell med bara 24 rum i stadsdelen Florenc, en promenad på ca 10 minuter för att komma in till Palladium-gallerian och stora torget. Har bott här flera gånger och gillar det lite lugnare läget än allt skrän mitt i stan. Det här påminner mer om Vasastan i Stockholm med små lokala restauranger och butiker. Ett perfekt alternativ för dig som kommer med bil, det är ganska enkelt att hitta parkering på gatan och säger du till i receptionen så har de ett begränsat antal tillstånd man kan få utnyttja för ca 80 kr per dag och du slipper krångla med parkeringsautomater. Bra rum med sköna sängar, minibar, luftkonditionering och bokar du ett superior-rum så får du ett lite större rum med balkong mot innergård.

Pick another hotel
Visuellt väldigt fint, det mesta ser bra ut och man blir överraskad vid förstaintrycket av det mästa, problemet är att det är endast visuellt. Stog i duschen och från ingenstans kom kokhett vatten så jag fick panik/chock och brände hela kroppen. Extremt obehagligt med temperatursskiftningar. Jag fick uppgraderat rum, ändå var sängen stenhård, så hård att det är skönare att sova i soffan. Wifi extremt dåligt, laddar när man tittar på youtube i låg upplösning. Jag gillade hotellet men i grund och botten betalar man för att ha någonstans att sova och stanna på, det här var ingen höjdarupplevelse. Fick jag välja hade jag aldrig betalat för detta hotell.

A great hotel with a personal touch!
A great hotel with fantastic staff that give attentive service with a personal touch! This is easily a favourite hotel. The bar and restaurant were excellent!

Rent och bra hotell
Ett bra hotell, rent med bra och gratis wifi, utmärkt frukost, skönt avskilt från den mest hysteriska turismen i city, men på rimligt gångavstånd 15-20 minuter dit.

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast
This hotel has for me the most comfortable beds in Prague. It is one of my favorite hotels but I have to say I was very disappointed by the check-in and check-out experience this time around - arrived late at 10:30pm and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the reception and the same thing happened in the morning when I had to leave for a meeting with my client and nobody was there for my checkout. This for a 4star hotel like this is not OK from my perspective. Someone always has to be at reception or just leave a number there or something. I love this hotel but please fix the check-in/out experience, it was not up to your standards.

Het verblijf was zeer prettig. Vanaf de aankomst tot het uitchecken hebben we genoten van het hotel, de faciliteiten en het personeel. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en enthousiast. Daarnaast denken zij erg goed mee om het verblijf zo fijn mogelijk te laten zijn. De kamer en het hotel was schoon en zeer goed onderhouden. De kamer was ruim en ook de badkamer was erg netjes. Daarnaast was het ontbijt goed. Er was voldoende keuze en werd telkens aangevuld zodat je genoeg kon kiezen. Extra complimenten voor de man die geregeld te vinden was in het restaurant; erg behulpzaam en enthousiast. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum maar ook met het openbaar vervoer waren er meerdere opties; de tram en bus op 2 minuten lopen. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader. We zijn zeker van plan ok nog een keer terug te gaan naar deze mooie accommodatie.

The horel staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a leak in the room below and they had to access it from the bathroom in my room. They more than made up for the inconvenience, moved me to a better room, offered me additional perks etc. This is a great hotel, very comfortable and is close to everything. Stay here, you will love it!

This beautiful hotel is located in a quiet area just outside the old town. The room we had was very nice and spacious. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. I'll defiantly recommend staying here.

Great hotel. Good location.
This is a good hotel in a decent location. It doesn't sit in the centre of town (not a bad thing in my opinion) but is within walking distance of the old town and has a tram stop very close by with regular trams that cost very little. My room was a good size and the bed was comfortable...I even had an unexpected balcony! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the staff were friendly and quick to acknowledge you. They were also very helpful. There has been a mix-up with one of the bookings in my party, and this was quickly resolved by reception. The only negative point appears to be a hotels.com issue rather than the hotel itself, as when asking about the "free beverage" promised in the booking, I was told that the hotel doesn't do this. When I raised this with hotels.com, they were quick to offer compensation, but to my knowledge, the offer is still shown on the booking page. But this is a very minor point. In summary, if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Prague, outside of the hustle and bustle of the city centre but with good transport links back and forth, then this is the perfect place to book.

Quiet out of the centre location, easily accessed by tram. Surprised to find door locked early afternoon but quickly answered. Well fitted room, fast and efficient staff. I'd consider staying again.

Facilities are not great
Beautiful hotel but was disappointed by a few things - Not able to sleep properly due to noisy pipes and other noise from the building - Double beds do not have double sized duvet - the hotel only offers 2 single size duvets - Massage room is a cupboard - Curtains are not black out as advertised - On a positive note the staff are very friendly and happy to answer questions eg how to get around via tram

Hotel is volledig nieuw gerenoveerd en heeft een mooie entree en en eigen restaurantje "the twisted fig" waar ook het ontbijtbuffet geserveerd wordt. 's-avonds is de straat wat donker, maar de buurt is kennelijk vrij upcoming en hip. Er is een sauna (geen andere wellness) die 1/2 uur van te voren kan worden opgewarmd. Goed bed, mooi bedlinnen en locatie dichtbij uitvalswegen

Idyllinen hotelli
Remontoitu viihtyisä pieni hotelli hieman sivussa Prahan keskustasta, mutta hyvien yhteyksien päässä. Lähistöllä myös paljon ravintoloita ja hotellissa itsessään myös hieno ravintola. Henkilökunta superystävällistä ja aamiainen sopivan monipuolinen ja maukas. Ainoat moitteet että huoneeseen kuuluu kadun äänet melko hyvin ja pimennysverhoissa olisi näin kesällä ollut enemmän toivomisen varaa. Hotelli kuitenkin sijaitsee rauhallisella poikkikadulla.
