Casa Annetta is a graceful independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Casa Annetta you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. Casa Annetta is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Praiano. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 250 meters (820 feet), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Casa Annetta from the street level going up a 50-meters (165-feet) public route that includes approximately 120 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Annetta. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will reach it from Casa Annetta going down approximately ten stairway steps. It is partly shaded by a roof and by an awning. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a small sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the owners, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car.
Other roomsHalf bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it through an external access.
