Casa Eulalia is a bright and sunny independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Eulalia you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding buildings and of the sea. Casa Eulalia is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 100 meters (330 feet), a grocery store at 250 meters (820 feet), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Casa Eulalia from the parking area going up a 200-meters (660-feet) public route that includes approximately 215 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Eulalia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), free of charge in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

Terrace 1 with jacuzzi pool
The first terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It features an above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with five seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of Praiano.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a partial view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. The room has two windows with a partial view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Parking
The parking area is shared with guests staying at a nearby hotel, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the first terrace. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
