Casa Ulivella is a recently renovated property. It enjoys a large and spacious terrace overlooking the sea. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, an outdoor table, deck chairs and barbecue, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Amalfi Coast. The location is perfect: just 15 steps from the street.



The house is organized on a floor with:



• Large panoramic terrace with deckchairs, barbecue and table for four accessible from the living room and from the bedroom

• Double room (bed size 160x190) with direct access to the large terrace overlooking the sea

• Bathroom with shower accessible from the bedroom or living room

Casa Ulivella is located in a central area of ​​Praiano, easily accessible from the main road through just 15 steps. Private parking is available on request for a fee and is located just above the property.

Place is nice - the Wi-Fi is a little weak for multiple people to be leveraging but everything else was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and the balcony is awesome!

This was our second stay at Casa La Ulivella, and it was just as wonderful as we remember from our first time there nine years ago. The property is easily accessible by just a short flight of stairs (a real treat on the Amalfi coast) and is half a block from the perfect viewpoint for sunsets over Capri. The home is well fitted with comfortable furniture, a great bed and everything you need for a relaxing stay. But the highlight is the amazing deck and the unforgettable view!! A variety of outdoor furniture made it easy to spend most of our time out there.The online check-in process was seamless and Francesco took good care of us, checking in each day to see if we needed anything. We couldn’t have had a better stay in Praiano!

We loved it!

With spectacular views and great amenities, we would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Checking in was easy and the villa was spotlessly clean. It’s a short walk to a local supermarket and a bit further to the beach. There is a fantastic restaurant right across the road and many others nearby. The secure car parking is a bonus(but will cost you extra). We loved the huge terrace with sun chairs, outdoor dining and BBQ.

Unforgettable honeymoon

My wife and I rented this unit for our honeymoon and were so impressed by the unit itself and the host. The unit is beautiful, has great views, and is located centrally to everything in Praiano. Communicating with Francesco and the entire SMAAC team was so easy and they were very helpful in explaining information on the area to us including transportation and recommendations. I would highly recommend staying at this listing if you are traveling to the Amalfi Coast.

the apartment was very efficiently laid out, nicely appointed and well equipped. the property management staff was very helpful and responsive. self check in and check out was a breeze! the deck overlooking the sea is amazing! praiano is awesome and quiet, because amalfi and poisitano are so busy with tourists!

A romantic week away with my partner, I felt privileged and like royalty.

Fantastic location in quieter Praiano. Plenty of good quality restaurants nearby. Close to supermarket. Close to bus stops to travel around the Amalfi Coast. The villa was amazing. Spectacular views. Exquisite furnishings. Everything supplied. The staff at SMAAC were very helpful, and the app worked wonderfully.

First class all the way

This was one of the Best VRBO experiences I’ve had Francesco was very accommodating and always just a moment away with help with anything. The housekeeper was very sweet. This villa is spectacular. It’s probably best for a couple in love. The amenities were wonderful, but the view and the back porch really sell the experience. Don’t hesitate to book this for your next vacation.

If you arrive with a car and are looking for a vacation apartment on the Amalfi Coast, this is one of the best options. There is a large balcony, an adjacent parking lot (for an additional fee), and the location is excellent, halfway between Amalfi and Positano. Francesco and Anna helped with everything needed and more! Their responsiveness exceeded my expectations.

The villa was perfect and the views were amazing! The app provided was so helpful in giving us so many tips. Communication was great. They checked on us everyday and very quickly answered our questions. They were very helpful in helping us arrange various transportation. Dream vacay!!

Our stay in Praiano in June was an absolute dream! Francesco was wonderful with communication and assisting us to book drivers, dinner, reservations, etc. We were in communication for several months leading up to our stay. Praiano is a lovely town to stay in, but be prepared that you will need to walk many, many steps! Of course, the higher up you are, the better the views :-). The view from this balcony was absolutely stunning. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, after we reached out to Francesco to fix an issue with the air conditioning. The bed is comfortable and we have zero complaints! Would highly recommend this property and a stay on the Amalfi coast!

The Perfect Amalfi Coast Getaway!

We are sad to be leaving our beautiful stay at la casa Ulivella. Francesca and Aurora made our stay so memorable. They checked on us, gave us connections to transportation, excursions and resources. The house is beautiful with an amazing view. There was more than enough room for the two of us. The location was great. It was away from the big crowds but easily accessible to Amalfi, Positano, and Ravello. We took a seven hour boat excursion on their recommendation and it was perfecto! Right across the street was an amazing restaurant and only steps away was another great restaurant and market. We would definitely come back. Thank you Francesco and Aurora! Ciao!

This home is perfect for a stay in Praiano. It had beautiful views and a great restaurant Kasai just outside our front door. The home is very modern, up to date, and clean. It is very reasonable cost wise compared to hotels in the area. Be prepared to do some strenuous walkingtake taxis if you want to wander about town. Put a list of restaurants and how to get to them in the House. For example, everyone kept telling us to take the bus, but it was hard to figure out what bus, where it stopped and how to pay for it.

Wonderful views, the home had everything we needed. It's a lovely place, but a broom would have been nice so we could tidy up. Also our host/mistook the day we were coming in and didn't have the small grocery order that we asked for as a result. That was a bummer, but not a big deal. He was super helpful in arranging ground transport. We also had a small ant infestation that we sprayed down. Overall a great stay.

The most spectacular view!

With the most spectacular view from a huge patio with comfortable furniture, this place was hard to leave! But we did because it was central to all places on the Amalfi coast. SMAAC was incredibly helpful as we navigated the transportation around Praiano and neighboring villages. They answered any questions we had within minutes even though most of the information was already provided by them ahead of time through an app. The apartment had everything we needed, was spacious, and very comfortable. An added benefit was being right across from Kasai restaurant which served fresh seafood and pasta—one of our favorite restaurants. We would definitely come back. We loved both Praiano and this villa.

Amazing View in a Perfect Location along the Amalfi Coast

Wow! What an amazing place and location to stay along the Amalfi Coast. The space seemed practically brand new, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The accomendations supplied us with everything we could possible need. Carmen met us and showed us around the space, answering any and all questions we had. There were several restaurants close by and a market just down the street. This was our first time in Italy, and the Amalfi Coast was our favorite spot. Praiano was a perfect location- quaint, quiet, and great central location for excursions in and around the coast. We took the bus into Positano for the day, which was easy to do and a great place to spend an afternoon. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend some relaxing time on the Amalfi Coast.

Wonderful Stay in Praiano

We had a wonderful stay for 4 days. Everything was as it is mentioned. The balcony and the views are breathtaking. However one thing about Praiano is that there is basically zero taxi available so going around requires early planning. The host was very helpful in arranging our transfers every time we asked for it. He arranged our transfer to and from Naples and also to Amalfi town. Every transfer was done with a clean and new Mercedes which was very comfortable. Also the restaurant exactly opposite of the house is one of the best restaurants in Praiano. Thank God for thatelse going out to eat every time would have been a challenge without any transport. Overall really good place to stay if you are looking for a quiet vacation.

Unforgettable Views, Perfect Service and a Magical Getaway

We had a lovely time at Casa La Ulivella in Praiano! The villa had everything we needed and then some more! The view from our terrace was absolutely stunning. One of the best restaurants in the area is just outside our door which made it easy to have a romantic night out for dinner. We used this as home base and made day trips to Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento. We even took a great boat ride to Capri that Aurora arranged and had Pasquale as our captain. Nice young man who is studying marine biology! Francesco was the person who helped us whenever we needed a driver arrangedan event to be planned. He helped us throughout our journey and was absolutely wonderful in every aspect! We will be back! It is just a wonderful area and the people were always so gracious with us. The team at SMAAC were just perfect. The beauty here just never ended. We loved it. Until we meet again Praiano! Francesco...,Thanks again and God bless you!

Stunning!

The pictures on this listing are good and very accurate, yet somehow we still found the house to be better than expected. It’s a very open floor plan and then the balcony nearly doubles it in size, all very clean and well stocked. The balcony view can’t be described and we enjoyed it at all times of the day or evening. Hotel Margherita right down the street has a great restaurant that we tried for lunch and also dinner and then right as you come out of the parking gate over the flat there’s a great little restaurant (Kasai) where we ate outside twice with great views, great food and very nice staff! We found it best to have dinner reservations made ahead at both. Bus tickets and bus stop are at Hotel Margherita, not even a 5 minute walk and there’s a market just a few more minutes walk beyond that. We didn’t find much to do in Praiano but we actually loved that it was not a heavy touristy spot and we had some nice walks and plenty of time on the spectacular balcony! Owner response was very quick when I had some confusion with the washing machine (my fault) and someone came to the house within 10 minutes to help. It was a lovely home in a stunning spot and we would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay in Praiano

Our first time to the beautiful Amalfi Coast could not have been better! The view from villa was stunning. The villa was clean and well stocked. Francesco and his team at SMAAC were the best! We had a few minor issues while there but Francesco responded promptly to our messages. He was incredibly helpful in arranging our transfers to/from Rome. We could not be happier with the service Francesco provided!
