Spacious kitchen and living area for large group social sharing. Temperature cool and comfortable in bedrooms during warm weather with upstairs quiet A/C unit. Huge upper bathroom able to accommodate couple people getting ready at once.

Loved It!

This property was just like the pictures and was very clean! Easy check in and out with absolutely everything we could have needed. Will definitely stay here again!! The owner has been absolutely amazing as well! I lost a couple rings and when she found them, she immediately texted me to get them back to me!!

Well stocked and clean property

Great space for our large group and well stocked with kitchen items, bedding and towels. I have given it 4 stars because the driveway, sidewalks and porch were not shoveled when we arrived. A good few inches of snow came in a day before we arrived so I feel like it should have been done. We couldn’t find a shovel so we had to use a dust pan to make a path out the front of the house otherwise we would’ve tracked an insane amount of snow into the home. Besides this issue, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would still recommend it to others.

Beautiful Home - Great Location

This is an older historic type home that has been modernized. The property was spacious and clean. Parking in the back is double wide and easy access through the back door. Everything you could possibly need was available and the coffee station is so handy. Each area had its own little instructions for use and expectations which was helpful. The home worked perfect for us, we were in town for our daughter’s wedding and had other adult children staying with us. Two things to be mindful of, the bedrooms are all on the second floor and stairs are a bit steep, they are however wide, railed, and carpeted so felt very safe. The 3rd bedroom only has access to the hall through another bedroom, there is a heavy duty curtain that can create privacy and hall access, this is a great solution. This layout could also be an advantage with younger children. The main bathroom is so spacious and lots of natural light and counter space. The half bath on main floor is right off kitchen and access door near bottom of stair so it’s also very convenient. Communication with manager was easy and they always were quick to respond to questions. The exterior is beautiful and an easy and safe walk to all things in the area. Everyone that stopped in comment es on its beauty. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious accommodation close to downtown PDC

The Copper Roof Cottage offered ample space and amenities to our family of four. The location is steps away from downtown and Feriole Island. Several restaurants and shops are conveniently nearby. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
