Air-conditioner was not working properly. Very weak cooling and turns off after 1 hr cooling. No hot water in bathroom. Room advertised as twin room with 2 twin beds but we were given room with 2 single beds and 1 single mattress on floor. Breakfast buffet very basic and slow to replenish.

Probably avoid this one
Hotel is in terrible condition, bathroom full of mould and stains and roof starting to collapse, service is friendly enough but wouldn’t recommend staying here. Made a bad impression of Indonesia on our first night.

OK for a one night stopover.
This was only a one night stopover on our way to Gili Air. It did the trick but would not rave about it. Breakfast was very limited for Westerners and they did not really understand English which made it difficult. Our pickup was missed at the airport as there was confusion over names. The ones that could speak English were very accommodating and helpful.

A shower is the least you expect
After a long day travelling, all I wanted was a shower, even a cold one would have sufficed. They put us in the room with zero water pressure. What good is a bath tub when no water comes out of the tap?? The paint on the walls seemed prison-like, and there must have been gaps somewhere because moths, mosquitoes, and other critters kept coming in. The breakfast was decent, just not cooked to order. Free shuttle was a nice touch. Not many restaurants/warungs in the area either. I'm just not sure Praya Lombok has anything better on offer...

Nice Place but With Issues.
The description of the hotel did not match the reality. The write-up of the room mentioned a separate sitting area (which was actually outside in the hallway), microwave (which did not exist), and the Wi-Fi worked in the lobby, not in the room. There was excessive noise, magnified by hollow construction of the facility. That having been said, the staff was accommodating, the room comfortable, and breakfast good.

Close to the airport but that´s about it. Cheap food in the restaurant. Wifi sucked. Difficult to communicate with the staff in English. Book taxi from airport in advance and make sure that they are there before you exit the building, or else prepare to be harassed by taxi drivers from 45 minutes.

We booked deluxe room, bed sheets had stains Yellowish towels. Bathtub has moulds, Dinning table was never cleaned. It should be only 2 star motel.

Not happy, mouse droppings
I had an awful experience at this hotel. Mouse droppings throughout the room, no hot water, the sink was stopped up, the AC remote was broken so I couldn't control the AC and I froze all night. I asked for the hotel to give me a discount and they wouldn't. Very disappointed.

Reasonable hotel near airport.
Located near the airport, with a free shuttle. No wifi in the room. To use internet you have to go by swimming pool or reception.

Royal que dans le nom.. Sauf pour les rats.
Nous avions choisi, mon ami et moi, cet hôtel principalement pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport ainsi que pour la piscine. Finalement, nous avons passé une bonne partie de l'après midi à nous battre avec la connexion wifi, qui ne supportait que trois personne maximum, dont nous avions besoin pour réserver notre chambre du lendemain.. Je passe sur l'état (déplorable) de la chambre.. Les photos doivent dater d'un sacré nombre d'années! La propreté douteuse, les draps de bain tâches et troués.. Il semblerait aussi que quelqu'un ait entrepris de se battre avec la porte de la salle de bain avant notre arrivée et que cette dernière en ait gardé des séquelles... Le meilleur pour la fin, les rats sortant de la cuisine et dormant à pas moins de six dans un sac poubelle près de la piscine.. (Mon ami a sifflé et ces derniers sont tous sorti paniqués!)

Why stay here!? no motivation at all.
close to the aereoport.In my opinion if you are in kuta stay there.It takes 30 minutes insted 10. Praya city sucks, nothing to see. The food in the hotel is orrible.No supermarket around.

Comfortable Stay close to Airport
We had a last minute check in as our flight was delayed until morning. It was a clean, comfortable room. We ordered room service, but the restaurant was out of many items so we couldn't eat much. For the price and location/proximity to the airport, it was perfect for our needs.

Je suis arrivé vers 23h sur Lombok et j ai apprécié que cette hôtel soit proche de l aéroport. Tout était très correct et un petit plus pour la piscine. Le seul point négatif est que j avais demandé que l on vienne me chercher a l aéroport et je n ai pas eu de réponse.

*Good Location, near airport with driving distance around 5mins *towels were not clean and shower water with bad smell *Staff agree to pick me up in the airport 2days before my arrival but we cannot find the car, our flight arrived airport around 21:00, pick up service no show *credit card machine was not work and need to pay by cash *Food for dinner was fine and 90% of the choices were well served and price was reasonable *swimming pool is clean too *departure time 04:45 transfer form hotel to hotel was well arranged by hotel staff at the least day

Yes, worst hotel ever. How can a hotel like that get so many stars. The hotel is really dirty! Only good thing is that it is close to the airport. HIGHLY NOT to be recommended to anyone.
