This holiday apartment, located on the first floor of the residence with lift, comprises an entrance hall with a bunk bed sleeping two, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and storage space, a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet.

The residence is located halfway between the village of Praz-sur-Arly (about 300 metres on foot) and the ski slopes (approximately 600 metres). The new swimming lake, open in summer, is only 450 metres from this holiday rental.
You will have an outdoor parking space and a private ski locker. The balcony offers a view of the ski area.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
