This 28m² holiday apartment, located on the third floor of the residence, comprises a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a small bedroom (less than 9m²) with a double bed, a sleeping area with two single bunk beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop. The shuttle buses are free in winter and will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of the village of Praz-sur-Arly. The residence is only 250 metres from the new swimming lake, which is open in summer.
You will have a designated outdoor parking space and a private ski locker. The flat has a balcony.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
