This holiday apartment, located on the ground floor of the residence, comprises a living room with a sofa bed for two people (140 cm), an equipped kitchen area, a cabin area with a bunk bed for two people (90 cm), a bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment opens onto a north-facing terrace with garden furniture.

In a quiet residence, you will have access to shared parking at the residence as well as a private ski locker. The terrace offers views of the surrounding mountains.

Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop. The shuttle buses are free in winter and will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of the village of Praz-sur-Arly.

End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
