Located less than 500 m from the beaches â including the famous Margareth beach â but also from the town of PrĂ©failles and all its shops, bars and restaurants, this single-storey house of 120 mÂČ, on a closed plot of 1,500 mÂČ, has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people.
In addition to its large garden with an unobstructed view of the sea, you will enter a living area (dining room / TV lounge) offering the same spectacular view of Noirmoutier. The independent kitchen is fully equipped so that you feel at home: gas hobs, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as all the utensils you might need.
The corridor serves two bathrooms with bathtubs, one of which has an integrated toilet.
On the bedroom side, you will find two rooms with double beds (140x190) and two rooms with single beds (80/200). These are nested beds that can be brought together to form a large bed if needed. An independent toilet completes the layout of the house.
For maximum comfort, the following are available: garden furniture, Mexican charcoal barbecue brazier, changing table, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
You can park up to 4 vehicles on the house's land and secure your bicycles in the garage.
