Located facing the sea, on the road to Pointe Saint Gildas, 1km on foot from the town center, shops, markets, bakeries, bike rentals, bars and restaurants.
The Villa is 170m² on an enclosed and secure plot of 1200m². It has 5 rooms with sea view that can accommodate up to 10 people.
The house consists, on the ground floor, of an open kitchen, equipped with all the appliances you need to make you feel at home, stovetop, fridge-freezers, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, filter coffee maker, filter coffee maker, filter coffee maker, coffee maker, espresso bean coffee maker, coffee maker.
