Quiet, spacious, clean

Beautiful property, we enjoyed our stay over the holidays. The neighborhood is quiet, but conveniently located proximate to both downtown and recreation areas. Fire place and game room are great amenities in the home.

Came up from valley 4 Rodeo & festivites in town. House was perfect for the 4 of us. Has everything you'd need in kitchen. Beds are nice & compfy & house has a lot of room 4 all.. Enjoyed the patio & grilled one night. Had a wonderful time!

Great Place & Location

My wife & I needed to be in town for three days for business/short vacation. It's a perfect location...only minutes to downtown but it feels like a mountain escape! Every room was clean, and the cinema room & game room were great extra bonuses!. We will definitely be staying there again!

Comfortable house with great amenities

We stayed here over 4th of July weekend, as enjoyed our stay very much. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the hill up to Thumb Butte, a local hiking hotspot. Very nicely appointed house with comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, liquor cart and gas range. There is a game room with a retro arcade machine with over 2,000 games! Lots of fun for the kids! There’s a very large screen TV in an entertainment room next to the garage. Great for movies. The property is just minutes from downtown Prescott, groceries, shopping and art galleries. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. Great place to stay!

Great Stay!

Wife, daughter, and I enjoy this property as a temporary Prescott “home base”. Had a great time here. Not far from where the action happens yet deep enough in residential neighborhoods to give that feeling of what it’s like to be a local. The house was very thoughtfully stocked and equipped to make it more convenient for guests than a typical rental property. Kudos to the owners for that. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable and fun!

We enjoyed staying at this property while we were in town for a soccer tournament. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house is clean and well stocked! There is even a "good Karma" bar cart. There is a walk up of a flight of stairs to enter the property, and then everything but the movie theater is on the same level. My daughter LOVED the egg chairs and my son LOVED the arcade game(so did my husband; )). The bed in the master was so comfortable! Plenty of towels and washcloths as well. The full washer and dryer is also very handy. We didn't have time to enjoy the movie theater off of the garage, but it is set up great and is a fun addition to an already wonderful house! Jill was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family get away!

Our family enjoyed every moment of our stay! It snowed a bit when we arrived and most the day the following day. After a day playing in the snow and hanging out downtown we settled in the awesome cinema room with a good movie. The game room was well used as well. The boys loved the shuffle board. The place was beautiful and Jill was quick with communication. We will most definitely be back next year!!! Thank you Jill! PS. The wildlife that visited us in the back yard topped off our stay!!

Amazing Christmas Vacation

This house was so beautiful! So much space for everyone to hang out play games, cook and celebrate Christmas. The host provided everything we needed to make it such a pleasant stay. The cinema, game room and the beds were the favorites. I will definitely choose this house again when staying in Prescott.

Truly a Mountain Paradise!

What an amazing time we had at the Prescott Mountain Escape! Comfortable, well appointed with everything!!! The Beds were amazing for the best nights sleep ever! Games, a shuffleboard, fire pit and while we were sitting out back... beautiful doe's graced our presence! So close to all of the happenings at Whisky Row and more! The full on Cinema room was off the charts!!! We loved it so much, we've already booked another stay in July! Thank you so much Rich & Jill! You are the consummate hosts!
