Historic Downtown Prescott, the Granite Dells, Watson Lake, and Lynx Lake are all within easy driving distance.



Living area: The open-concept main living space features comfortable seating, a dining area for shared meals, and a smart TV where guests can sign in to their preferred streaming services. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Central heating and air conditioning keep the home comfortable year-round, while the fireplace adds a cozy touch during Prescott’s cooler months.



Game area: Head downstairs for a friendly game of ping-pong or enjoy the home’s collection of board games, puzzles, and playing cards. A full-size futon provides an additional place to relax.



Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, basic spices, and oils are also provided, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner.



Primary bedroom: King-size bed, spacious closet, and private en suite bathroom with a tub and shower.



Second bedroom: Queen-size bed.

Fourth bedroom: Two twin-size beds.



Bathrooms: The home has two full bathrooms, including the private en suite bathroom and a second bathroom with a shower-and-tub combination. Bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.



Outdoor space: Step onto the back deck to enjoy the fresh Prescott air and surrounding views. A propane grill is available for guest use.



Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are located in the laundry room for added convenience.



The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers are placed throughout the property for guest safety.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, downstairs game space, laundry room, and back deck.

The home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood with convenient access to Prescott’s most popular destinations. Historic Downtown Prescott, Whiskey Row, the Granite Dells, Watson Lake, and Lynx Lake are all a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy dining, shopping, hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. Downtown Prescott and nearby lakes, trails, shops, and restaurants are easily reached by car. Guests can also use local rideshare services when available.



Other Things to Note:

The home accommodates a maximum of eight guests and allows pets with prior notice and applicable fees. Please include all guests and pets when booking, or notify us within 48 hours if anything changes. Parties and events are not permitted.
