“The property is very worn. Rooms are beat up, furniture is extremely used, beds are mushy, bathrooms need maintenance, shower heads clogged, lights dim, carpet is very used. Some of the staff is nice, others not so much. Pool & jacuzzi are okay. Jets on jacuzzi not good but okay. Again an area that needs maintenance, pads on chairs torn and need to be replaced. “This was one of the most convenient, worry free, hassle free stays I have ever had. I was arriving late, after the office closed, and they messaged me with my room information so I could arrive anytime and settle in. It sounds like a small detail, but when I arrived late at night to find the lights were left on for me, I felt like I was coming home after a long day of travelling. “We walk into the room and it smelled milky. The drapes were partially hanging off the rod. In the bathroom their were brown spots on the wall around the toilet holder. There were several marks on the bathroom frame. I called the front desk and was told no one was there to help with the issues so I tried to fix the drapes and clean the concerning spots.
