Great getaway just outside Prescott

This is a cozy farmhouse style home on 3 acres. It is an older home but is very comfortable, with 2 living rooms and another seating area. It is well furnished, with most everything you would need. You feel out in the country, but can be in Prescott in less than 20 minutes for groceries or to eat out. The view of Granite Mountain from the outdoor seating areas is wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Unexpected unpleasant surprises

When I arrived I was surprised to see a structure being hammered together about 800 yards from the house affecting the view and a little noisy, but stuff happens and so I adjusted to side porch. Imagine my shock when the following day I discover this man is staying in a tent and trailer literally 150 feet from the front door and porch. I tried to reach ppty liason to see if this was expected as there was nothing on listing. I was supposed to be there with my husband but he couldnt get away. That evening the guy walks around the propery filming and narrating it including me on porch in Spanish to someone (I am bilingual) talking about the sweet setup he had and they should visit. I double locked and bolted every door and left the next morning, a day early. Without the extra guest it would have been 5 star amazing - house great and view stunning. And fyi they just have the framing up so plan construction for a while. Fyi I never heard back from ppty manager at all. Book at your own risk.

Very nice house in a great location... Scenic views all around. Plenty of room for everyone. Only two aspects we weren't happy with - the gas grill was very dirty and had to be thoroughly cleaned before we could use it, and the ceiling fan in the main bedroom was very wobbly and made lots of noise so we couldn't use it during our stay.

The property is in a rural setting yet close to downtown Prescott. All the comforts of home. Plenty of space to bring a RV for or trailer full of horses. Pet friendly. We would rent again,

We came up, with family, for our son's Air Force Commission AND graduation from Embry Riddle University. The house had plenty of space, was clean, and just had a great family vibe. We would definitely stay there again.

5 star home

If your looking for perfectly located house with all the amenities this is the house for you. It's secluded but just a 10 minute drive to walmart. The house was clean and stocked well for all your daily needs. For us just the fact they had all the coffee and different coffee makers you should so desire. We really enjoyed the wrap around covered porch and patio out back. We'd start on patio right outside our bedroom for morning coffee and work our way around deck through out the day. Just a few minutes away is downtown with quaint cafes, restaurants and shops. Kitchen cabinets are well stocked and closets were well stocked with extra sheets and towels. However, we had to go to Walmart and buy some face clothes. Nothing to wash my face with or shower with. That being said anything else you could possibly want or need is there. Guarantee you'll love it as much as we did

Relaxing Stay

Great place. Neighborhood was amazing and super safe. Very very quiet, great views of Granite Mountain. Kitchen was amazingly stocked, spices, coffee, pots and pans Etc. Very comfortable.

Great location and beautiful views

We enjoyed our 6-night stay at this house. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed. So fun to have a big neighborhood to walk around in while enjoying the views of Granite Mountain. We saw deer, a skunk and many rabbits. We were told that the gate would locked upon arrival but it was wide open. I emailed the property contact but got no response. A small detail that didn’t affect our enjoyment. We would rent the house again!

Great Solitude, views and location!

Loved my stay at the property, which had everything I was looking for - space, solitude, amenities, ease of access, all with a beautiful atmosphere. I was meeting with people so my hours were unusual, but I always looked forward to returning to the impressive views and quiet comfort. Everything I needed for my stay was provided, including coffee! A quick trip to the nearby store provided all the meals and snacks. I appreciated the labeling of everything to make it easier to do what I needed, whether cooking or turning on lights. Relaxing on the porch or watching the tv made it feel like my own home. Since it was just me I don't have any comments about what it would be like for 4 or 6 people, but I know I will try and book the property again if I'm in the area. Very nice place and absolutely recommend.

3 day birthday party

This place was perfect for us. Super quiet, clean, lots of reading nooks, big kitchen even though I did not use it except for coffee. We loved sitting outside with our morning coffee. Loved the English/old world decor and reflect on the history of the house. Very close to our guest party but really only 20 minutes from downtown. I would stay here again. Great job. Thank you so much for sharing your house we treated it lovingly!

Being 3 acre expected to be able to let dogs run. Yard being overgrown with weeds could not. Had a path through weeds but still had to spend time removing beggar lice from clothes and dogs. Pictures reference jetted tub but jets have been disconnected. Oven does not work.

Disappointed Get Away

Overall furnishings dated and although plenty of seating much was uncomfortable. Table in poor condition. Lack of hangers, wash cloths (2) and no safety bar in shower. Not prepared for multi level flooring and missed step on more than one occasion. Everything had a worn appearance. View was nice and space was more than adequate. Costly for condition and freshness of place. Too far from town. Would not stay again.

Family Reunion

I booked this property for a Family Reunion. We live close by so it was ideal for the overflow of family. The property was fine, clean, lots of seating around the t.v. It had a lovely patio for watching the sun setting and stars at night. It was a little on the the older side. Stove didn't work, but we didn't need it. Overall, pleasant property and suited our needs.

Beautiful, comfortable private house in the foothills of Granite Mountain

We loved our stay at this house. There was so much room for everyone to spread out and relax. The espresso maker was an extra treat. This was the first time we had rented a property managed by Evolve, so I wasn’t familiar with that communication process, which takes a bit longer than communicating with a single VRBO owner. We were not able to bring our horses on the stay, but the barn at this property would have been another wonderful bonus.

Summer Cool Down Location, Location, Location!

Near perfect location for a Summer cool down with ample indoor and outdoor living spaces! We couldn't believe how fortunate we were to be able to celebrate my Birthday sitting on front & back patios with a breeze and 76 degrees at the end of July! Comfortable, well equipped, & well stocked although we brought everything we needed. Great property for walking a pet outdoors! The air quality is wonderful. Good proximity to delicious dining options & the market. Truly relaxing!

This house is a bit older but has tons of charm! It's much larger and more open than I was expecting. Everything we needed was there. Comfortable (for us) beds and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The reason for choosing this particular property, was its proximity to the rest of the family. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again!
