Welcome to the Rose House, on the historic registry, in the renowned Nob Hill area in Downtown Prescott

This beautifully restored one bedroom, one bathroom1920's Bungalow with a renovated, free-standing, studio guest house, with it's own bathroom, is just steps away from the Historic Yavapai County Courthouse, Notorious Whiskey Row, Sharlott Hall Museum, Thumb butte, Watson lake and the wonderful shops, galleries, restaurants and breweries that always make the Downtown Prescott one of the top, must-visit, destinations in Arizona

This home has a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out queen bed in the living room sofa. In the studio guest house, there is a queen bed with a pull out queen bed also in the sofa. Additionally, there is Internet with Wifi, Cable TV, fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessary dishware, silverware and glassware, pots, pans, new refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave and gas stove over oven.

Owner will provide paper towels, toilet paper and clean linens, sheets, laundry detergent and bath towels. Please bring your own preferred toiletries such as shampoo, bathing soap and toothpaste.

The stay was very nice. This is an excellent location with the court house square and many restaurants within walking distance. Todd was very helpful getting settled in and setting up fire stick & wifi. Our only critical item is some of the backyard concrete needs work to make the surface level and easier to walk around.

Cute Historic House Near the Courthouse

This was our second time staying at the Rose House over the 4th of July weekend, and we really enjoyed it. The location is excellent, the home is clean, and it offers enough space for two small families. While the main house is small with only one bedroom due to its historic charm, the guesthouse provides additional room and flexibility. We definitely recommend this property. Just a note, the house is situated on a steep hill, which may be a challenge for some, but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Weekend Getaway

This home was perfect for 2 couples looking to escape the heat and was within walking distance to all the main attractions. The home was clean, Todd was responsive, and my husband greatly appreciated the numerous electrical outlets throughout the home. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Another Great Stay

This is our third stay at The Rose House. We keep coming back because the place is perfect for our family getaways.The separate guest house is an added bonus! Todd is easy to reach if any questions arise. The place is clean, well stocked and the neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Easy walk to Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row too!Easy 5 star recommendation!

Cozy and quaint

We were in Prescott for the Whiskey mountain bike race. My son and husband raced. The two cottages were perfect size for my family. Had all of the amenities we needed to be comfortable. This is an old house so it isn’t perfect but very charming. Loved all the windows that brought in a lot of light. There is a fence around the property so we could let our dog be free outside. And it was the perfect location for us. Just two blocks from the town square and the steep hill back to the house didn’t kill us. Looking forward to next year’s race and renting this place again. Host was great and responsive when needed. Definitely recommend.

Perfect

Great location in a beautiful historic neighborhood within walking distance to Whiskey Row. The library is right across the street and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The detached extra living space with a kitchen, bed, bath and loft has modern updates but holds onto its historical roots and it is very nice inside. The fenced in yard is secure for pets too. This property made our vacation in Prescott much more enjoyable and relaxing after a day of hiking, sightseeing or shopping.I Highly recommend this property. Todd was an awesome host

Beautiful cottage and guest house

This is our 2nd stay at the Rose House and we had a great time once again. Todd is super responsive and we appreciate that. Friend Meet-up

Great stay in Prescott!

Perfect location and setup for two couples in downtown Prescott. A very peaceful location just a short walk from Whiskey Row and all the action. Easy to get to local hiking trails and family in the area. The appliances were great and the space was super cozy.

Very Nice and Convenient Location

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights with another couple, to explore Prescott. The location was an easy walk to downtown and it was nice to have a separate guesthouse so each couple could have their own space.

Keeping it secret

I hated giving five stars in all categories because I want to keep it to myself. This cute little house and guest house worked perfectly for us. My husband and I were able to spend some alone time, then jot across the walkway to enjoy family time with my sister and her husband. It was walking distance to Wiskey Row and all of the other amenities in downtown Prescott. The host was accommodating and responded to my questions immediately. We will definitely stay again.
