Prescott, a year-round haven, offers an array of activities, from the Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July to special events on Halloween, the Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, the enchanting Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, and festive Christmas celebrations. Bedroom1: Unwind in this cozy Victorian Manor bedroom, featuring two twin beds, a bedside table, and ample closet space. Located on the top floor, it offers a peaceful retreat.

Bedroom 2: Relax in this charming Victorian Manor bedroom, featuring a queen bed, a dedicated workspace, and generous closet space. Located on the top floor, it offers a serene retreat.

Bathroom 1: Victorian Manor`s bathroom features a shower/tub combo and a double vanity sink separate from the shower area. It comes fully stocked with essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Master Bedroom: Victorian Manor’s master bedroom is a luxurious retreat, offering a king-size bed, elegant bedside tables, a comfortable sitting area, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Step out onto your private balcony for a serene view of the backyard. This bedroom is located on the top floor.

Master Bathroom: This elegant bathroom boasts his and hers pedestal sinks, a luxurious garden tub, and a spacious walk-in shower. It comes fully stocked with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Game Board Room: Step into this ultimate game haven, where every corner is designed for board game bliss! Scattered with numerous tables and chairs, it`s the perfect playground for all your favorite games. Whether you`re a seasoned player or just in it for the giggles, this room is your go-to spot for an epic game night!

Laundry area: A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the top floor, along with an iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack for added convenience.

Game Room: The game room is located off the backyard, it features its own private entrance. This spacious entertainment center offers a pool table, foosball, air hockey and a slot machine.

Granny Bedroom: This bedroom is located off the backyard, it features its own private entrance and is separate from the main entrance of the home. It features a Smart Tv, a twin bed with trundle, a kitchenette area and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.

OUTSIDE
Victorian Manor boasts a paved outdoor space with multiple levels. The area is enclosed by a fence, offering a secluded spot for those who wish to soak in the Arizona sun. There is a covered barbeque area which features a Viking gas grill, sink and cooking space. The gazebo features a gas tabletop fireplace, outdoor sofa and swivel chairs.

*Other things to note:*
Guests may use the two car garage to park. This property has cameras at the front of the house and in the backyard facing the entrance of the property.

BEFORE BOOKING: Please note that this is a no-pet property. Pets of any kind are not permitted, including emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service animals are allowed, and guests must notify us within 48 hours of booking if a service animal or any additional guests were not originally listed at the time of booking.

Any changes to the reservation made after 48 hours of booking are subject to a $35 reservation change fee, in addition to any applicable additional guest fees. Failure to service animals may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.

Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.

VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
