“Great check in. Easy. Great pillows. Comfortable beds!”

“Breakfast was pretty good as usual. The room was adequate. We didn’t find out til we arrived that the pool and hot tub were closed for construction. (It was quite a mess and the hotel was full of construction workers and equipment). We wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known that. We did get to use a nearby hotel’s pool, which was nice, but had to drive there. We also didn’t realize they don’t clean rooms during your stay so had to ask for towels, shower gel and toilet paper. ”

“Clean but for the price a fairly low budget feel. No elevator was a negative but not a deal breaker, not cool if you have lot of luggage or kids with bags. Kinda felt like a polished Motel 6.”

“The front desk attendee, Billy, was super at answer all my questions and concerns upon check-in, which was truly appreciative. He went out of his way to address my concerns of the property. Having the Denny’s Diner (open 24hrs) right across the street was a huge plus! It literally was across the parking lot. I went to the hotel’s free breakfast and felt it could have been a bit more but more but not holding that against them.”

“The gentleman for the evening shift was sooo nice and helpful with me and my daughter, who got sick at night. I am grateful he provided us with something to eat from the breakfast menu so she could take her strong medication so late at night.”

Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my room was not available until 3:40 PM. When I inquired about the possibility of receiving a drink voucher due to the delay, the manager, Jasmine, responded in a manner I found to be discourteous.
