The host provided us all the information to check in and get set up ahead of time.The yard was freshly mowed and firewood was by the fire-pit ready to go. Very nice fenced in backyard for privacy and dogs.The bed sheets and towels were clean and nice.The house is dirty and has excessive furniture. It is an older house with older home odors.Very convenient location in a cute town. It was very accessible to trails and other areas.

There house was perfect for our needs . We didn’t spend much time there. The full bathroom with shower is upstairs. Plan accordingly. The half bath downstairs really needs a working door. A lot of chairs and tables! Almost hard to move around with heavy amount of furniture but… could be perfect for the right group! The backyard was lovely and we did enjoy sitting out there.

The house served our needs for our annual biking weekend. I thought based on the listing that "sofabed" indicated a pull out bed in the living room... But the third bed is actually a futon in the upper bedroom along with that bedroom's bed. So for three couples, it doesn't work for sleeping arrangements! The house is pretty dirty overall. Dead bugs in the cupboards, crumbs and debris on the chairs and in the couch cover. Space heaters are in almost every room, so not sure if the furnace works.
