“Great first stay at the Joiners Arms. We took our dog and they had a bed, ball, bowls and treats in our room. Sunday lunch was amazing as ever, service prompt, extra gravy not a problem. Couldn't fault breakfast, really impressive and the check-in/check-out was easy. Would highly recommend.”

“Brilliant pub with rooms. The room i stayed in was huge, with a lovely large bathroom and sofa/tv area. More like a suite than a double room. There is a very good food menu and the restaurant also offers takeaway. They were completely dog friendly, not just "dogs allowed", making sure her every need is met. They were very trusting with guests, allowing us to walk through the bar area after closing, to enter or exit the property. Super clean”

“Glebe Cottage was a lovely place to stay. The location was superb with views out to sea from the cottage and hot tub. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. I read other people’s reviews so brought some scissors. Bonus of having electric car chargers right outside the cottage. It’s really thoughtful of the owners to mow the edges of the fields so you can easily walk to the coast or to Embleton village without going on the road.
