Everything matches with the description. For this reason we are wondering and we're very suprised at this time why your misunderstanding with the company "Hotels.com" and the lack of understanding by yours regarding the room you booked is the reason for this poor rating of yours, despite the fact that we provided to you a new, spacious and very beautiful room, with sea view and with a large garden, with all the amenities included in the room description and we tried to provide you the best hospitality every day of your stay at our hotel.
