Raft 'Priepert 2' at the Mecklenburg Lake District with Covered Terrace

- The raft can be driven up to wind force 4 without an inland navigation license; 36 l of petrol are included and are sufficient for approx. 1 week.

Spending the night on the water, enjoying the peace and quiet and watching water birds is possible on the raft 'Priepert 2'. The raft is anchored in Priepert and can also be chartered without a boat licence. The tranquil village of Priepert is located in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District on a peninsula surrounded by numerous nature reserves in the south of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Priepert is framed by the Ellbogensee lake in the south and the Großer Priepertsee lake in the north. The raft consists of a living/dining area with a small kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people. On the terrace you start an eventful day in the morning with a view of the calm water and a delicious breakfast. And if you are drawn to land, Priepert offers numerous sights, including a village church from 1719, a museum with historical exhibits, a country house with a white natural garden and a bathing beach "An der Freiheit", which is only a few minutes' walk from the raft. Hikes are possible on the "Urwaldweg" or "Ofenweg". The nearest supermarket in Fürstenberg is a 15-minute drive (14 km), while 2 restaurants can be reached after a 5-minute drive (3 km)..
