âOK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra ÂŁ50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. Hope these...
âArrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away.
Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasnât an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as.
I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. â
âExcellent location close to Strood railway station and 15 minute walk to Rochester Castle and High Street. The reception staff are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Great value for money. â
âRoom was perfect, well sized and well situated. Pub was amazing with great atmosphere and great food. Breakfast (food and the service) was not at all up to scratch to the rest of the B&B. The area is beautiful with wonderful walks and very central. I would strongly recommend this accommodation and pub. â
âNice little pud with very nice staff, rooms could do with a bit of updating but itâs priced for what it is and the breakfast was excellent, staff all very helpful. â
âWe had a lovely 2-night stay at Stone Court House, and particularly want to thank Saban and Belinda who were very approachable, contactable and happy to answer any questions including regarding available amenities. The decor in the house was very unique and the room was comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay again!â
