“Great location but overall comfort was not there, the blankets were visibly dirty luckily we had our own in the car. The kitchen and living room area were clean but no trash cans in the unit. Minimal lighting as well as TV not working.”

“Cheryl at the front desk was very helpful with helping us get around the area and save time and money. The property and room were clean. The location of the hotel was very convenient. Park and ride was right behind the hotel. The beds are a little worn. And the pillows are very soft. Bring your own pillow if you like firmness.”

“The hotel staff was run by people from India and we did not like their attitude. When we arrived at the hotel, my husband who is a diabetic needed to use the restroom right away. The man at the front desk told him there were no bathrooms and told him to use the one at the convenient store next door. How tacky. The breakfast room was small with only two tables and not enough food to provide for the guests. We ended up going to Dunkin' Donuts and McDonalds for breakfast. There was no...

“The staff was amazing the only thing I'd have to complain about was not enough towels in the pool room . And I wish the house keeping would take out the trash instead of leaving it till the day I left. But otherwise my second trip to the Wave was very enjoyable and I'll be going back next year.”

“We stayed for 2 nights and were thoroughly impressed, We arrived at 230 and even though check in was at 4 Chrissy got us checked in early, the room was clean and the housekeeping staff was right there when we needed more towels and toiletries. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of variety, the scrambled eggs were amazing and The coffee was also delicious I’m pretty sure I drank well over my limit. We will definitely be going back next sure”
