This exquisite cottage getaway is a welcoming haven of relaxation and tranquility, perfect for any time of year.



CC's Cottage is a 3400sqft property with a large, open concept kitchen and dining area, a secondary dining room, a large living room, secondary seating areas and a billiards room. Down the hall you will find 4 bedrooms, two of which are across the hall from the main 3-piece bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has it's own ensuite 3-piece bathroom with a shower and tub. The fourth bedroom is off on its own for added privacy.



The main bathroom, kitchen and dining rooms have been recently renovated, along with the indoor pool room and exterior landscaping.



The indoor pool room can be accessed through a keypad entry door off of the living room or through a patio door from the backyard. The pool is heated year-round.



Outside you will find a large front yard and backyard with outdoor seating areas, a BBQ and covered parking.



This property is conveniently located just a few minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park & Dunes and all of the popular destinations in Picton.



Each stay comes with 2 complimentary Sandbanks Beach vehicle day passes for your use.



The entire property inside and out is yours to enjoy.



Parking is available in the driveway only, with covered parking for one vehicle in the carport at the front entrance.
