Wedding weekend

Our family rented the beautiful house on Green Lake. Our daughter got married at a local wedding venue. Perfect place to relax after the busy day. Sit on the deck or near the lake to relax and converse. Accommodations and weather perfect. Many thanks.

Overall we had a good stay at the property with responsive owners and a very easy check in/out process. The house was in a good location are large enough for our family with sufficient supplies for our stay. The pictures of the property are outdated with no bunk beds, the shore line was not clear and blocked by weeds, and there was no hammock. Additionally the house smelled strongly of mildew which was unfortunate.

Weekend Golf Trip

Cozy and quaint property with beautiful views and lake access. All the conveniences of home, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Owners were easy to reach, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and were able to reach them without delay. 5 Stars!

Wonderful relaxing stay with water sports

We had a wonderful stay with plenty of room. Everything was there and we had many things to do. Our grandson loved being in the kayak with his uncle and spraying all of us. The firepit made a relaxing final touch to our days. We enjoyed talking, cooking and playing games. All the instructions were clear and owner was extremely responsive. Thank you

Relaxing Getaway

We had a great time just hanging out in the backyard and lake. Something for everyone! Kayaking, canoeing, grilling, and cooking s’mores on the fire pit were our favorite activities. The house is uniquely decorated and had plenty of space for the 9 of us. We were concerned about the 1 bathroom, but it really was not a problem. The kitchen was well-stocked and the boat house had life jackets and other toys. Swimming was not possible since the algae was dense, but there was plenty to do over the weekend. The local towns of Princeton and Cambridge have some cute shops downtown. We absolutely loved the restaurant in downtown Cambridge called Leader. Our entire crew of adults, teens, and toddlers had a memorable, relaxing stay.

Relaxing time at the lake

We enjoyed our stay; the house and property were lovely and very well equipped. The only thing we were short on was beach towels, and the patio furniture leaves a bit to be desired. The main patio furniture is green with moss, the lakeside metal Cafe chairs look cute,, but are not very comfortable. Beds were comfy and plentiful, the kitchen well supplied, we enjoyed the canoe and kayak, and the view of the lake and sky was just perfect.

Very cool space and eclectic decor

This was such a fun property to visit. We just loved the decor and the architecture, and the outdoor space was great as well. Two things to know: 1. The lake has quite a bit of algae and weeds, so the swimming was not as good as we hoped it would be. 2. One of the bedrooms shows a photo with bunk beds, but when we arrived, there was a daybed. This did change our sleeping plans a bit, but overall everything was great.

Great gateway spot

A uniquely decorated house with plenty of sleeping space, my young family enjoyed our stay on Green Lake. Clean property, plenty of deck space for summer days, and many water sports to enjoy. I would caution that the lake is not very clear, but there’s a great beach and a splash pad just a few miles away. There’s also only one bathroom, which can be challenging if you’re using all 8 beds. But it’s a very nice bathroom, with updated fixtures.

Perfect

We stayed at the property for a weekend. We did inconvenience the property neighbors with our volume level. The owner was gracious enough to send us a message and give us a heads up. After that night we kept our volume down and there were no further issues. We were grateful that the owner reached out to us to let us know. Overall great place to stay the lake is very nice everything is well kept on the property. They don’t require much at all of the checkout process. Would book here again (if they would have us) or recommend to others for sure! Thanks for the stay!

Green lake house

This property was absolutely awesome! Steps to a dock with kayaks and a canoe. You can fish right off the dock and a bald eagle flew over frequently. The home was very clean and had everything you could ask for. The kitchen was very well equipped! It’s close to many fun things to do outside. The hosts were kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
