âWhen we got to our room the first thing we noticed was the bed had something on it that looked disgusting. So we were switched to a different room. The next morning I got in the shower and there was black hair on the wall and floor of the shower. I had to clean it before I could take my shower. We rented 3 rooms for that night because we were moving and our family needed to stay also. At least the breakfast was nice the next morning. â

âWe made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldnât breathe so we had to leave.
Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. Charlotte at the front desk and Lucy from housekeeping are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you very much. â

âBasic customer service. Somewhat clean but scratchy area. Room smelled like cat urine. Bathroom dated and had mold on tile in tub and rust in bottom of toilet . Was anxious to leave next morningâ

âCheck in was fast and simple. Breakfast options could be a tad better. Rooms clean and friendly front desk staff. Loved the dog treats at the front of the lobby and filtered water to fill reusable cups . â

âStaff is very friendly, rooms are clean, property is clean. They could have better seating for outdoors or a fire pit like some of their other properties. Breakfast is low quality. Used to be good but now eggs are watery no bacon just sausage links that taste like rubber â
