“Nice and helpful staff, the rooms are and bathrooms were clean, looked new and had enough space where to put my stuff. I really liked that there was no lack of towels in the bathroom. One of the drawbacks was that the rooms were not cleaned every day the days I stayed and that I could not turn on or off the heater or air conditioning since it is controlled by the property.”

“If I could have given this hotel 12 stars out of 5, I would have! I honestly doubt that the Ritz in Paris has more gracious staff. “This hotel is under construction. We had not idea. Loud power tool noises until 5pm on Saturday. The entire lobby is blocked off. Starbucks and restaurant closed. After we reserved the room they sent a notice that the pool was under construction. This was totally misleading as it’s a much bigger full lobby renovation. The hotel said it was stated in the website and there is no mention of construction on the website. The room was also dated, with chopped paint and water damage. How is this a...

“The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, We expected a Marriott property to be better maintained. The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! “Our room was quiet and kept clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was varied the 6 days we stayed there and presented attractively. My only complaints were no grab bars in the shower and the toilet stool was very low which made it difficult to rise from.”
