Ich wählte dann das Hotel Imperio do Rei, das nur wenige Meter von der Kathedrale entfernt liegt. Es handelt sich um ein relativ kleines Hotel mit etwas älterer Einrichtung und etwas dunklen Zimmern, was jedoch die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit des Personals wett machen.
