“Madinah has only recently opened to non-Muslim travelers. It is a beautiful city and an incredible experience to be able to stay so close to the Prophet's Mosque. Right infront of Rawdha Rasool and also Mosque Ghamama is downstairs where we can pray also incase if u are running late for prayer time.
Best service and loved their breakfast buffet ...variety of food with fresh juices.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.”
“Very very close to Majid Nabawi. I got very beautiful view, you could see the Majid. Room was good and clean. Very nice service team. The only the thing I was not happy about it was bathroom small and old. ”
“The hotels has some of the nicest service staff ever, they are all smiling, eager to help, and they go out of their way for the guests. The front desk staff are a bit standoffish, they promised me a long bed, then u got two twins.
My second complaint is that my room window was facing a construction site, that went into full gear all through the night, and I am a pretty light sleeper, my earplugs helped a bit, I asked to change the room and they didn’t give me another one, glad it was a short...

"Defeating disappointed, very small rooms, it is old and smell bad. Uncomfortable beds. Bad room small and old, some staff not work. Even small thing is not work properly like teapot, Tv with out control. This is one of worse I have been. This hotell it not 4 stars can be one or two. The only positive is very close to Majid Haram."
