“Location was convenient. When we first arrived our room keys wouldn't work. Not a big deal staff got that taken care of quick. The toilet”

“The location was easy to get too with a stop light. It is a older motel which shows in places.The breakfast was a surprise with fruit and great cinnamon rolls.”

“The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.”

“Easy and cheerful checkin. The room and breakfast areas were very clean. I did not use the pool, but it look to be just as clean, and there were a couple families enjoying it! I would not only recommend it, I would stay here again!”

“Shower temperature is regulated. Not great if you like a hot shower not a warm enough to be pleasant shower. AC was responsive to the thermostat, so you didn't freeze but powerful enough to keep the room cool in a heatwave. Oatmeal was runny, but that's not unusual. I've seen worse. “I reserved an accessible room and after confirming this, was not given one at check in. I was informed there was a water leak, so no other accessible room was available but would be “put in one just like it without the grab bars”. The friendly young man at the desk clearly needs some education. The regular rooms are NOT the same. Also, he went looking for a step stool to help with the bed height and never came back. My mother is barely ambulatory. She could not get into the higher beds by...

“Staff very pleasant. Safe and very comfortable.”

“The staff was the best part of this property. They did a great job. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so handicap access to the second floor isn’t possible. The water pressure was so bad that my wife couldn’t get the conditioner out of her hair without spending a very long time in the shower. Also, the hot water wasnt hot and would go from kind of warm to lukewarm multiple times during a 10 minute shower. The room smelled like wet dog. There are no tissues in the room. “Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay. Kept getting runaround with checkin and my checkin was an hour late because housekeeping was low staff. Had to keep driving around occupying my children while we waited. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

“The entire hotel is just gross! We had to stay for a funeral and before we did anything I went to the store and bought bleach spray to clean everything in the room. When we got there at 4 the room was not ready so they put us in a room with a hot tub but they told us it did not work and we were ok with that, but it was disgusting.”

The clerk didn’t bother to check the entire name. They only had one king bed room left and we had four people, so two ended up on the sleeper sofa. “Half the time the key cards did not work. We stayed 2 nights. On first morning we went to breakfast and there was no coffee. They told us they were out and that some was on the way. Next day sign on coffee machine saying out of order. Nly coffee in our rooms was decaf. Bed mattress did not have mattress cover. Our top comforter was stained underneath. Walls were very thin.
