“THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. “There’s a reason this place is inexpensive. It’s under major Renovations……everywhere. Expect to see dumpsters, piles of trash, fragments of glass in the yard & dirty carpet in the halls. I paid extra to be poolside - what pool? Never refund fed the extra money either. However, once you step into the rooms, they are updated with modern amenities, nice and clean. “My kids enjoy having a lot of space (the big house) and having both their own pool and the water park to play in. The perks stop there. DO NOT travel near Passover unless you are Jewish, 90% of the vacationers are there for a luxury passover event. This event seems to draw rude people. They are rude to fellow guests, they are rude to staff, and you can only eat terrible, overpriced kosher food at the waterpark during this time. The water park food was absurdly expensive and nearly inedible....

“I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another. The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us!”
