★ Near Public Safety Building (safe neighborhood, occasional sirens)

★ Parking provided in lot diagonally across the street—do not park in other nearby lots or you will be towed

The apartment is located on the second floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st and 3rd floors.

Getting Around:
If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.
We have free parking available for 1 car only. If you bring 2 cars, you can park the 2nd car on the street during the day, but *may* get ticketed overnight, as overnight parking on the street is for residents only. There are several paid parking lots just a couple minutes away, but getting a ticket, or paying for parking is around the same cost (about $25-$35).
Other Things to Note:
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. This is a 2nd floor apartment, there are 4 steps to get into the building and an additional staircase to the 2nd floor.
Interaction with Guests:
The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use.
